1. Service description

DiscountRadar is a deal aggregation platform that collects discount information from publicly available sources across stores in Poland and Czech Republic. We help users find and compare deals to save money on shopping.

2. Accuracy of information

Deal information is collected automatically from store websites and flyers. While we strive for accuracy, prices and discounts may change without notice. Always verify the final price at the store before purchasing. DiscountRadar is not responsible for pricing errors or expired deals.

3. User accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

4. Plans and payments

Free plan: available at no cost with limited features.

Starter plan: one-time payment, lifetime access to Starter features.

Pro plan: monthly subscription, cancel anytime.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund requests can be sent to hello@discountradar.io within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or copy our content, use automated tools to access the service, resell or redistribute deal information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of DiscountRadar is owned by DiscountRadar. Deal information is sourced from publicly available store websites and flyers.

7. Limitation of liability

DiscountRadar is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on deal information. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
